As soon as the product arrived, the battery was completely drained. After charging it for over a whole day, after a few seconds of use, the motor immediately goes under load and stops. I contacted the seller who did not provide good assistance. I paid for the replacement of the battery pack myself and now it works fine.
I never received the item. I contacted the shipping company and they apologized for the inconvenience but they cannot refund the money, neither the store is doing it. I find myself in a vulnerable position as i’m not able to get the refund back from any of the parts involved.
I do not recommend it, it is very bad.
Not bad, but i don't use it any more as it doesn't cater much to lifestyle. Perhaps it's a good product for pets taken outside for a hike.
Received the parcel quickly and intact. Works.
